We are very pleased to announce our Annual Moonlight Cruise around Manhattan Island

Please join us Friday August 28th 2009 from 7:00 to 11:00 as the FBPC and the Village Underground takes to the Hudson River.

Like at the club, we're going to offer something for everybody.

3 Decks to Enjoy

On deck 1 we will feature an all star Village Underground show featuring Jason Murden, Rahj, Cheryl Pepsii Riley, Elan, Franco Morillo, Rosalyn McClore, Eddy Zack, ...  and many more guest - but that's just the tip of the iceberg.

On Deck 2 our DJ will be spinning 4 hours of non-stop dance music.

Deck 3 will be reserved for Karaoke as well as lounging, and enjoying the breathtaking sights of the Statue of Liberty, the beautiful sunset, and Manhattan Island.  We tried Karaoke as an experiment on our last boat ride and you wouldn't believe what a success it was!

 

At every VU/FBPC special event we go all out to give an enormous value. This cruise is no exception. We are charging only $25.00. The Circle Line (the supposed thrill a minute), charges much more money, lasts only three hours, and has no entertainment.

 

The Catch:  The boat company asks that passengers buy drink tickets as they board the boat. This means that everyone will have to by 2 drinks ($7.00 per drink for a total of $14.00) as they board. This money goes to the boat company. Of course you can buy more drinks as the night goes on. This policy is their way of getting a two drink minimum. We have no choice.

 

The boat can be covered, and travels rain or shine.

 

We are boarding at 6:30 on the Queen of Hearts, located at Pier 40 @ Houston Street and the West Side Highway.

TICKETS

 

We are no longer selling advanced tickets. 

We will have 20 to 40 tickets available for purchase at the dock on the 28th.  Entrance is at Houston Street and the West Side Highway.

 

In past years, everyone who has come to the dock has been able to attend the boat ride.  

 

 Tickets will go on sale around 6:30, first come first served. 

 

The trip is rain or shine.  The boat can be totally enclosed.
